Tell me what is slowing the business down.

You do not need a specification. A paragraph describing the awkward part of your week is a perfectly good starting point.

Email is the fastest way in

It comes straight to the people who do the work — not a form queue and not a ticket system. Say as much or as little as you like; the reply will ask for whatever is missing.

The first button opens your email client with a short prompt already filled in. The second is just the plain address, if you would rather write it yourself.

Or start with a review

Not sure what you need yet?

A Business Systems Review works the other way round: you describe where the bottlenecks are, and you get back a written outline of what is worth fixing, in what order — including anything that could be improved without buying software at all.

Useful things to mention

None of this is required — it just means the first reply can be more useful than “tell me more”.

  • What the process looks like today, including the workarounds
  • Which part of it costs the most time, and roughly how often
  • What you have already tried, and why it did not stick
  • Anything that has to keep working — systems, deadlines, people
